OK, I've had some code on my computer for a while now... I made a few changes and uploaded a new build. Unfortunately the code is *not* in CVS because I can't get that to work at the moment :( but probably most people don't even care.
Definitely report any bugs in this new version... if it really stinks I'll put the old one back.
Quick list of fixes and changes:
* Force panel gui glitch
* Defaults: Silent warnings and skip opponents' acknowledgement (seems that most people don't care about playing Stealth Mods on opponents, but if you do, uncheck this from the Automate menu)
* Server should send message to reset client state when load game fails.
* Recycle command decks option. Recycles discarded cards w/o shuffle. (just for fun... I think shuffling screws it up for some reason but I can't remember why)
* Custom rules dialog... automatically accepts values even if you forget to hit enter, I hope... a lot of people would forget to hit enter and it would ignore their custom rules, causing much confusion, but that should be fixed.
* Remove connect panel from network game (connect through Game>Connect)
* Replace with AI: please test this. I have no idea if it will work very well in network games. Appears to work ok in offline games at least. :)
* Auto bid zero if you have no energy, and auto select turn order if you don't really get a choice ;)
One more little thing... I rebuilt it (labeled 3.1.1) and now you can
* Specify map image as either an included image or a URL (as requested by Shadowraven).
I tried this and it works with the Google logo :) Any image you select is stretched to fit the size of the map which can also be adjusted.

* Also, I think the AI should avoid placing huge armies in plagues. The territory value of a plague is now zero for the AI.

For those of you who never reboot your computer, a reboot may be required before the update will be downloaded.
I wanted to let you know, that even as the new version may contain a couple bugs and whatever... I still believe the few changes made makes such a positive impact on the ease of use that it is overall far superior.
i keep getting the failed to connedt and so does my buddy it says timed out does anyone know how to fix this for online play
