Hi guys,
First off, great job with the game. A lot of fun to play.
I believe I've found a bug I thought I'd bring to your attention. I'm running v3.0.3.
When a "Aliens devastate territory X" card is drawn and the occupying army has no retreat option, the territory is still being flagged as belonging to that player.
For example, I just played a game against 3 agents. At some point in the early game, one of the agents (call him Player2) lost a moon territory to alien devastation, losing the units in that territory since he had nowhere to retreat to. I won the game by total domination in Year 4. However, at this point Player2 was not removed from the player list, we bid for turn and the the game continued on to year 5. Player2 displayed a couple of messages in the console (receives 3 armies and energy, fortifies their position) then we went to the game results screen, where Player2 still showed as owning one territory.
About the only other thing I'd comment on is a couple of friendly suggestions for a few AI changes which apply to all the different game types. I always play against either beta or vigilante agents btw.
For example, I can always bid 0 energy in the final year and be guaranteed to go first. If I'm in a position of even moderate strength, I always choose to go first in Year 5, since I can usually do one big march across the board, getting as many continents and territories as possible, while also damaging my opponents' big armies, so they have little to work with when their turn comes around.
Another one is that the agents will pretty much always try and take over a continent they own, no matter what the odds. I played a game recently where an agent had a 20+ army in Saharan Empire and owned the rest of Africa except for Egypt, which had been invaded by aliens. The aliens had multiplied to have 24 units. Meanwhile, either Europe or South America were almost completely open for easy conquest. Instead of moving into a new continent, the AI chose to throw away its entire army trying to beat the huge alien army.
Those are just a couple of thoughts, in hopes they may help if you're ever in the code doing some AI tweaking... =)
Thanks again for a great game.

Re: Amoeba Invasion Bug
Thanks for the bug report and suggestions :)
Unfortunately, no one is "actively" working on the project at the moment, but I do keep a list of bugs and things to fix in case I get the time... especially little (hopefully easy-to-fix) bugs like the Amoeba one. If I do release another build I'll have a fix list.
