Idea to possible make getting games together easier. Maybe make a lobby chat on Smiley so people can meet up. I have other ways via messenger progz, but I get a lot of people asking me for the list and I wont give it out as it might violate some peoples privacy. So if I'm playing, I can usually find 5 people to play, but others are having trouble getting games started. How can we make this easier?

I gots two things. Firstly, I have an IRC chatroom WITH a ready-to-post applet for web-based chatting. No ads.
I'm also setting up a perma-server. I will leave it up whenever at all possible.

I'm surprised that people don't use the forums more often to set up games. I'll eventually set up a permanent Invade Earth server, it's in my list of things to do... that might help people arrange games better.
