Anyone ever heard of Culdcept for PS2? It's nearly always described as a cross between Monopoly and Magic: The Gathering.
It's pretty sweet.

Some RL friends and I like it a lot and want to make a Java version. I started the basic coding for it, which isn't too bad after the lessons I learned from Invade Earth.
